What style of yoga or Pilates is for me?
We've provided a description below of what to expect from each of our classes. All of our teachers provide a unique and personal experience which means some sessions may vary. Your enjoyment is our priority, so if you’re unsure, get in touch with your goals and preferences! We’d be happy to help. Many of our classes are suited to total beginners and those in injury rehabilitation. That said, if you’re working with an injury or are pre-or-postnatal, please let your instructor know before class.
