What style of yoga or pilates is for me?

We've provided a description below of what to expect from each of our classes. All of our teachers provide a unique and personal experience which means some sessions may vary. Your enjoyment is our priority, so if you’re unsure, get in touch with your goals and preferences! We’d be happy to help.

Many of our classes are suited to total beginners and those in injury rehabilitation. That said, if you’re working with an injury or are pre-or-postnatal, please let your instructor know before class.


 
 

Hatha Flow

Slow to medium-paced and suitable for all levels. Strengthen, stretch, balance, and breathe. Our most popular class!

YOGA

Vinyasa Flow

Challenge your strength and flexibility in this fun, flow-based class. Build heat in your body and invigorate your mind.

 

Dharma Yoga

Blending Hatha, Vinyasa, philosophy, & meditation; delve into spirituality while working on backbends & inversions.

Gentle Flow

Slightly slower than our Vinyasa Flow classes, here we connect with our body and breath through purposeful, gentle movement and stretches.

Power Yoga

Let go and lift off with this fiery flow class. Expect drills for physical strength, stability, mobility, and guidance towards inner power and resilience.

Beginners Yoga

Newbie? Or looking to consolidate your knowledge? Learn the basics of 'asana’ (postures) and yoga philosophy.

Flow to Restore

Begin with Vinyasa flow-based movement before softening into longer, more relaxed and yin-style postures in this perfectly balanced class.

Rocket

For those who like a little fun and fire! This is a dynamic and playful take on Ashtanga. Lots of chance to go upside down and try new arm balances.

Yoga/Barre Fusion

Stretch, flow and feel the burn as we build core and glute stability in this unique yoga-barre fusion class!

Yin Yoga

Improve your flexibility and ability to stay present through long, passive holds in gentle, mat-based poses. Yin is suitable for absolute beginners.

Restorative Yoga

Lay back in supported poses to gently release muscular tension. An hour of pure rest and recharge. Ideal for practitioners recovering from injuries.

Prenatal Yoga

Connect with your body, baby, breath and other local mommas-to-be in our prenatal classes at REVIVE.


PILATES

Pilates

Mobilise and strengthen your core, back & hips. Expect to improve your postural alignment, balance & strength with fun, targeted endurance movement.

Pilates & Stretch

Building strength as well as enjoying a good stretch, this class provides the best of both; toning & conditioning, lengthening and relaxing to feel FAB!

Pilates Sculpt

The slightly more fiery sister of Pilates, expect to incorporate resistance bands and hand weights into your Pilates flow.
