Sophie started practising yoga when she was around 15, but it wasn’t until she was in her early 20s that she began to truly deepen her understanding of yoga. She decided to do her teacher training when she was 22 and has never looked back. Sophie sees yoga as an old friend who is always there for her whenever she needs; waiting with no expectations, no judgement nor pressure, so she is free to come to yoga exactly as she is. Sophie leads classes in Vinyasa, Rocket and Yin-inspired styles. With 5 years teaching experience and several transformational trainings under her belt, Sophie is an experienced instructor and regularly mentors on YTT training programmes. You can find out more about her retreats, workshops, and corporate offerings here.

Shruti Srivastava
Flow to Restore & Beginners Yoga

Shruti, the founder of the Yoga Mapp wellbeing platform, is a Yoga teacher and Massage Therapist with a background in legal recruitment. Introduced to yoga at age 9, she developed a regular practice after leg surgery in 2012, using it to support her wellbeing. Combining 15 years in corporate life with yoga teacher training in Goa and massage training in London, Shruti aims to help others relax and unwind, drawing on her own experiences with burnout. Her classes take influence from her spiritual practice and rehabilitation, ranging from restorative and yin to Vinyasa flow, emphasising individualised approaches and incorporating her skills as a massage therapist. Expect a calming atmosphere, tailored guidance, and a focus on relaxation in Shruti's classes.

Hannah Pocket
Hatha Flow & Yin Yoga

Hannah is an approachable, lighthearted and down to earth person who is passionate about the positive impact a regular yoga practice can have on your body and mind. Expect a different and intelligently designed sequence in each class, delivered with precise anatomical alignment cues so you can develop a strong and safe yoga practice. Hannah teaches a playful form of Hatha Vinyasa Flow, which merges two popular forms of modern yoga and doesn’t take itself too seriously!

Cathy Henderson

The evident improvement in Beth’s mental health and wellbeing were impossible to ignore and a catalyst that led her to change career paths entirely. Beth teaches in the hope of sharing the transformational benefits that she has experienced with others. To date, Beth has 600+ hours of certified training in various styles including Vinyasa, Rocket and Tripsichore. Beth teaches a powerful, energising and uplifting class that grounds you in the present moment, balanced out by mindful breath. Beth hopes to empower practitioners with tools that support, centre and balance their life beyond the yoga mat.

Jacqui Ho
Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Jacqui has been practising yoga for 17 years and is always looking for more ways to learn, evolve, and deepen her practice. She has been teaching since 2018, and strongly believes that the attitude and temperament you pursue in your practice builds a bridge to what you focus on away from the mat. It is the movement of inner energy that allows you to take what you’ve cultivated in your practice out into the world.

David Ramcharran
Dharma & Yin Yoga

David Ramcharran completed his first 200-hour teacher training at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, South India. The following Autumn, he went to New York and completed his 500-hour advanced teacher training in Dharma Yoga with the legendary Sri Dharma Mittra, one of the last remaining living yoga gurus in the world. He has since completed several more trainings in yoga, pranayama and meditation to further develop his practice and improve his knowledge of how the body works. During David’s classes, always taught with a kind heart, you can expect a soulful and classical Hatha-Raja Yoga style with plenty of emphasis on the devotional side of yoga.

Maria Mikalsen
Vinyasa Flow, Tone & Sculpt

Maria has always had a passion for movement. She worked as a professional dancer before becoming a yoga teacher! She trained at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm and Central School of Ballet in London and after graduating went on tour around the UK. After falling in love with the yoga practice and the effects it had both physically and mentally, she decided to do her teacher training with Shanti Power Yoga and it was a life changer! She encourages her students to accept their physical limitations and have a non-comparison and non-judgemental practice. She encourages her students to breathe and ease into the more challenging postures on the mat, so that they will learn how to breathe and ease into the more challenging situations off the mat.

Georgie Grier
Stretch & Flow Yoga

Georgie’s aim as a teacher (trained in Vinyasa and pre and postnatal) is to make her classes as down to earth as possible - to always bring a sense of humour with her and to remind people that despite the intimidating poses you might see on social media, yoga can be practiced and, more importantly, enjoyed, by anyone!

Helena Viner
Yoga/Barre Fusion & Vinyasa Flow

Helena specialises in Yoga and Barre. Coming from a dance background, she knows how movement can have such a positive impact on people’s lives - so, anticipate being showered with positivity in all of her sessions! Expect plenty of physical cues to ensure you are engaging the right muscle groups. Helena also has an eye for detail and will always treat each client as an individual, addressing different abilities and injuries when necessary.

Ellie Mai
Pilates

Ellie is a dancer with a passion for helping people to feel comfortable moving in their own bodies. With a particular interest in rehabilitation, Ellie welcomes all and will always offer you an inclusive and dynamic class. Her focus is building confidence and strength, in both mind and body. The aim is always to move the way your body wants to move, and that individual attention and connection to your movement is encouraged throughout every class. Ellie graduated from her course in Dance at Creative Academy in 2021, where she received a First Class Honours. Shortly after leaving university, Ellie began her Pilates journey and completed her Level 3 Pilates Matwork course. Fast forward to the end of 2022, and Ellie has now also completed her Reformer Pilates course and continues to constantly deepen her knowledge amongst Pilates, Dance, Barre, and all the in-between.

Veronique Piercy
Slow Flow Yoga

Veronique grew up in British Columbia and is a lover of oceans, mountains, sky, and sun. She is a performer and singer at heart, bringing vocal and physical presence to her yoga classes. After being told as a child by her ballet teacher that ‘there was no hope for her flexibility’ Veronique (wrongly) spent years believing that she couldn’t do yoga. Veronique is a believer that Yoga is for every body, and encourages students to get to know their own individual frames through the breath. Years of being the least flexible person in the room has taught her that yoga is never about how poses look aesthetically, but rather about exploring how they feel in the body. Expect breath-led, energising vinyasa flow practice with a focus on working with each practitioner’s own unique range of motion and flexibility.

Iona Brie
Pilates

Iona is a professional dancer and qualified Stott pilates instructor with years of teaching experience in the dance industry. As a dancer and choreographer, Iona has an understanding of the bodies intricacies and parameters. After experiencing a tough knee injury a few years ago, Iona began her focus on recovery and injury prevention while balancing her dance career. She is extremely passionate about getting the body moving and seeing the possibilities after injury rather than the limitations. In line with her values, creativity, health, and connection, Iona’s classes centre the clients needs first. They allow for a space of learning, curiosity and play, while still keeping the foundations of the Stott Pilates method.

Richard Knight
Rocket, Flow to Restore & Yin Yoga

Despite flirting with yoga over the years, it wasn’t until a total career change that Richard was able to carve out a niche for his practice. And that niche grew and grew, to become a fundamental part of his life. Focusing on the connection between mind and body, Richard’s classes interweave yoga philosophy with creative flows. They will leave you smiling and energised, and reflecting on your practice beyond the mat. Drawing on the various heritages of vinyasa yoga, his teaching combines the discipline of ashtanga with the creativity of rocket. Expect to be challenged and inspired in both body and mind, knowing that no visit to the mat is ever wasted!
