Whether you want to build up a sweat or slow down and go within, connect with our expert facilitators in studio or online! Our sessions vary from dynamic to deeply restorative - whatever your age, experience or background, you’ll be sure to find what you’re looking for.

  • Wear something comfortable that you can easily move in. For more dynamic classes, your usual gym attire will be perfect! For slower, more restorative classes, feel free to bring some thick socks or a fleece/jumper to get extra cosy. Please note: no trainers or outdoor shoes allowed in the studio.

  • Head to our CLASS STYLES page for class descriptions. If you’re still unsure, please feel free to reach out via email and we’d be happy to help! We try to make sure all classes are open-level and inclusive! That said, all our teachers bring their own style and presence - our advice is to attend a few different sessions and find the facilitator(s) who resonate with you!

  • Pilates and Yoga can be modified to suit different needs, especially concerning injury rehabilitation. That said, please do not attend an exercise class without prior consent from your GP if you have longterm health concerns. Please always let your facilitator know about your injury or any worries you have so that they can give you more personalised cues.

  • We invite you to bring your own Yoga or Pilates mat with you to class to limit the amount of kit we are sharing during the ongoing pandemic. However, we do have mats available to use. Likewise, if you have your own props - such as straps, blocks or bolsters - feel free to bring them! Otherwise, we have everything you need in the studio.

  • We recommend not eating for 3 hours before class to give the body time to digest before movement - especially if your class involves twists or abdominal work! If you need to eat closer to the class, no stress! A small snack - such a piece of fruit or energy bar - should do the trick! Maybe not a full tray of tiramisu though… Guilty!

  • We do not have showers at either of our sites, so please consider this when making plans.

  • We do have unisex toilets and changing rooms at both of our sites. So, you can freshen up and get changed before and/or after class.

  • With regular practice, you will strengthen your physical, mental and spiritual health - the things weighing you down will, with time, begin to lift. The only weight we really need to lose, - the weight of external pressures -may start to lessen thanks to the ancient teachings of Yoga and feel-good movement. And, that’s what matters, right?

  • We ask that you do not bring your bicycle into the studio as it causes congestion in the reception area, especially if multiple people do this. Outside of our Balham studio, we have a decking area where you are welcome and safe to leave your bike. Likewise, on the road outside of Tooting Bec, there are bike stations for you to lock up your bicycle. We hope this helps!
