What can I expect from a Retreat to REVIVE?

Our retreats are a chance to connect with yourself and with others whilst being immersed in the beautiful French Alps. They are all carefully curated to provide a respite from the stresses of our daily lives. Expect expert guidance through movement, meditation, rest and play to bring you back to a place of equanimity, ready to return home feeling REVIVED.

 

 

What do I need to bring?

Pack clothes that feel breathable and comfortable to move in and warm layers for the evenings and let us handle the rest. Our private studio at the retreat venue is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blocks and straps to be used as desired. You are very welcome to bring your own props instead, though!

 

 

Are all your retreats beginner-friendly?

Yes! Chloe and our other experienced teachers at REVIVE have all been expertly trained to tailor classes to match the energy and experience levels in the room, offering multiple variations of poses and always encouraging people to listen to their bodies and rest when needed. All levels very welcome.

 

 

Can you cater to other dietary requirements?

Our private chef serves freshly-prepared, local vegetarian & vegan food but if you have any specific requirements please get in touch with us and we will do our best to cater to them.

 

 

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Our individual retreat pages include the specific payment deadline for both the deposit to secure your spot and the final amount but if you would like to pay in installments then reach out to us to discuss monthly payment plans.

 

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards (excluding AMEX). If you would like to pay for extra treatments during the retreat, please bring a debit or credit card or local cash (euros).

 

 

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance for the duration of your trip. We cannot take responsibility for any flight cancellations/delays, accidents or illnesses but these are covered under comprehensive travel insurance policies.

Can I arrive earlier/leave later than the retreat dates?

We are unable to extend the accommodation dates but you can arrive earlier on the first day and leave later on the final day if this helps you coordinate better with flight times.
